Congratulations to Summit Orthopedics! Pope Design Group joined our colleagues and other commercial real estate industry members for the 43rd Annual CREDA (formerly NAIOP) of Minnesota Awards of Excellence.  

The CREDA of Minnesota Awards of Excellence is one of the most significant events of the year for the commercial real estate industry to honor the year’s top projects.  We are excited to share that Summit Orthopedics won the Medical / Medical Office category. 

Summit Orthopedics Plymouth Bass Lake Clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center 
Plymouth, Minnesota 

Summit Orthopedics’ Plymouth Bass Lake Clinic and Plymouth Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) is a 78,000 SF medical hub delivering comprehensive orthopedic care in one location. The first phase of The Boulevard redevelopment, the facility integrates clinic, surgery, imaging, physical therapy, and urgent care services. The ASC is equipped with cutting-edge technology for a variety of orthopedic procedures.  Designed with a patient-first approach, the building emphasizes accessibility, convenience, and comfort while supporting complex clinical operations. The project establishes a new healthcare destination in the northwest metro, revitalizing the former Prudential corporate campus and positioning Summit Orthopedics for continued growth.
