The project developed after a comprehensive market analysis that identified a significant gap in middle-market housing and care options for aging adults, and is the first continuum-of-care senior living community in rural St. Francis, enabling residents to remain in their home area as their needs change.
Eagle Pointe features 134 units offering a range of private apartment homes and a continuum of care. Apartments have bright open floor plans, fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops & island with maple cabinetry.
The project was programmed and designed to be part of St. Francis’ community fabric; bringing neighbors and community members together into the building to use the theater, host gatherings in the community room, get coffee with friends in the bistro, play pickleball on the outside court, and promote spiritual and physical wellness. It was planned by the community for shared use, enhancing the positive impact for all.
