PAR Systems’ new facility is part of Seven Lakes, a three-building development lead by Scannell Properties that replaces the former Deluxe corporate campus. It is designed with many features to support unique requirements of the business, from office space to a state-of-the-art cleanroom, and laboratories to meet the needs of aerospace, nuclear and medical device clients.
Visitors are welcomed into the branded lobby with warm, bright interior finishes and textures and contrasting finishes will provide visual interest from this first impression and through the office environment. Workplace spaces include open and private offices, huddle rooms for collaboration, phone rooms, a breakroom with kitchenette, and conference rooms with movable partitions to accommodate all-staff town hall meetings.
The building features unique 42-foot-high bays and 75-foot spans to accommodate numerous large 30 and 10-ton cranes and truck drive-throughs. The team’s creative design solution incorporates the massive overhead cranes that provide PAR Systems the flexibility to handle various stages of production for large machinery. It includes a Class 10,000 (ISO 7) cleanroom along with three cutting-edge process and development labs focused on machine vision, robotics and friction stir welding. Polished floors and specialized sprinkler systems support the lab spaces.
