Grand Place is a retail facility along Grand Avenue, one of St. Paul’s most popular shopping districts.
The design challenge was to create a new structure to blend with its older surroundings. To fit the context of the development, the design mimics a row of five early-20th century buildings, each with a different color and brick pattern.
The street-level retail space is flexible for tenant needs and features a concealed, two-level 240 car parking ramp above.
