Saint Therese of Corcoran Celebrates Phase 2 Groundbreaking

Congratulations to Saint Therese of Corcoran on their Phase 2 groundbreaking.   

Pope Design Group joined over 100 residents, families, community leaders, and project partners to celebrate this exciting milestone for the senior living campus on June 30, 2026.  

Saint Therese of Corcoran originally opened for residents in 2024-2025. The community was in high demand from the initial phase, and this expansion will add 31 new independent living apartments with some meaningful amenities.  

The expansion will be located on the west side of the existing Saint Therese community and will connect to the current building through an amenity-rich enclosed walkway designed to bring residents and families together. The connector will feature a family room, kitchen, community room, kid’s corner, outdoor game space, and conservatory. 

Construction is slated for completion in 2027.
