Pope Announces Promotion of Christine Soma to Executive Leadership Team

Pope Design Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Christine Soma to the firm’s Executive Leadership team.

Christine joined Pope Design Group in 2014, became an Associate and Principal in 2019. In this new leadership role, Christine will be more involved with the day-to-day operations with a focus on business growth, while continuing her commitment to client service, senior living design and mentorship.

Christine is an Architect (MN) with over 19 years of experience. She is the Principal in Charge of Pope’s Senior Living practice, fulfilling and sharing her passion for improving the quality of life for seniors through architecture and design. Her imprint at Pope has included overseeing projects with clients like Saint Therese, Oppidan, Cassia, WesleyLife, Country Manor, State of Minnesota, Bethesda, Noor Companies, Aeon, among others.

Christine received a Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota and B.A. from Macalester College. She is has a reputation for being a fun, collaborative design partner and is dedicated to creating a more inclusive culture at Pope Design Group.
