NAIOP Award: Beckhoff Automation

Beckhoff Automation’s new North America Headquarters was honored with a NAIOP Award of Excellence.

The new 49,000 sq. ft. facility features combined office and warehouse space in Savage, Minnesota.  Beckhoff Automation is a German-based company that manufactures and markets a series of advanced technology control systems.

Pope Architects designed and Anderson Companies constructed the new headquarters.  The two-story building features large, expansive windows to invite an abundance of daylight.

The NAIOP Awards of Excellence recognize leaders in Minnesota commercial real estate and development. Beckhoff was selected for the award in the Industrial Build-to-Suit under 100,000 SF category.
