Knute Nelson and Crest View, two Minnesota senior living providers, embark on construction projects.

Grand Arbor by Knute Nelson Phase 2 will expand the 4-year-old Alexandria, MN campus with an additional 108 units and a wellness center expansion.  Crest View Senior Community in Blaine will include 152 units and open by Fall 2016.

Grand Arbor’s $24 million addition will be connected to the existing building and significantly expand the community’s Nelson Wellness Center. Phase 2 includes 92 independent living apartments and 16 assisted living apartments.

“Our phase two expansion brings us another step closer to ensuring the Alexandria community has the services and choices for care that area families need and depend on now and into the future,” said Mark Anderson, President/CEO of Knute Nelson.
