Erica Larson is President of Pope Design Group, and has been with the firm for 25 years, starting as the company’s first interior design intern and stepping into the role of President this year. She is an Architect (WI), Certified Interior Designer (MN), Certified Healthcare Interior Designer through the AAHID, Evidence-Based Design Accredited and Certified through the Center of Health Design, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
She is currently serving her second term on the State Board of AELSLAGID (2020-2028), contributing to the regulation of the design profession. Previously a PrairieCare Fund Board Member, Erica has also spent much of her career raising awareness and support for mental health initiatives and organizations.
Erica is a dedicated mentor and cares deeply for her team, making time to celebrate milestones and offer encouragement. She cares about her community, supporting organizations like People Serving People and Open Arms.
In her leadership role, Erica guides the firm’s continued workforce and revenue growth, including spearheading geographic expansion.
