Bluffs of Lake City celebrates with ribbon cutting

The new $13.4 million Bluffs of Lake City Senior Living celebrated open doors during a ribbon cutting ceremony held Oct. 3 in Lake City, MN.
Several staff members donned naval attire to go along with the “lake” theme. The event was well-attended bringing in local tenants, contractors, politicians, designers, and providers to celebrate day.
The three-story, 83,500-square-foot senior living community boasts 42 assisted living apartments, 24 private memory care units, and overlooks Lake Pepin. Studio, single and double bedroom units are still available.
Remote monitoring technology, onsite physician visits, chef-prepared meals, walking paths, spa, salon, guest suite, movie lounge, library with computers, and community room are among the amenities found at Bluffs of Lake City.
Welsh Construction of Minneapolis and St. Paul-based Pope Architects led the project team. Wildamere Properties is the owner and Ebenezer Management Services manages the property. The senior living community also collaborates with Mayo Clinic Health System offers a convenient nearby presence for healthcare.
