The City of Woodbury is finalizing details on the design of the Bielenberg Sports Center Expansion.

The Star Tribune said it best, “Woodbury is about to burst its bubble.”

The City Council will finalize details of the project at the end of October.

The $21.8 million project replace the domed field house with a larger permanent building that would nearly double its size to about 90,000 sq. ft.  Pope Architects is designing the project and Kraus-Anderson Construction Company is the builder.  Construction is expected to start next spring.
