Congratulations to Hunt Electric! Pope Design Group joined our colleagues and other commercial real estate industry members for the 43rd Annual CREDA (formerly NAIOP) of Minnesota Awards of Excellence.  

The CREDA of Minnesota Awards of Excellence is one of the most significant events of the year for the commercial real estate industry to honor the year’s top projects.  We are excited to share that Hunt Electric won the Renovated (Tenant Improvements) category.

Eagan, Minnesota 

Hunt Electric, a rapidly growing national electrical design, build, and maintenance firm, transformed a former facility in Eagan into a dynamic headquarters that reflects the company’s culture and expanding operations. Working in close collaboration with company leadership, the design team translated core values into built form, delivering a workplace that balances collaborative workspaces, advanced training facilities, and hospitality-driven amenities. Strategic planning unlocks the building’s potential, creating a flexible, future-ready environment while extending the life of an existing structure. The project demonstrates how thoughtful design can align brand identity, efficiency, and long-term scalability through adaptive reuse of a complex existing building.
