Over 16 years and 20+ projects, Pope Design Group has helped shape and evolve Summit’s brand and care environments to meet changing healthcare delivery needs.
Summit Orthopedics with its owner’s rep, MSP Commercial and real estate partner, Forte Real Estate Partners, teamed with Pope Design Group to design their new 80,000 SF flagship Medical Office Building on the Prudential redevelopment site in Plymouth, Minnesota.
The new MOB will offer an ambulatory surgery center, clinic space, physical therapy, imaging services, urgent care and more. The interior features a warmer and softer color palette, ample use of daylighting, and visual connections to nature to create a welcoming and healing environment for patients.
To take advantage of the site lines from Interstate 494, Pope worked with Summit on brand exploration and designed the exterior of the building to showcase an updated brand identity.
Scannell Properties and Roers Companies purchased the 75 acre campus in 2022 and are leading the redevelopment.
