Encore on the Lake is a new 80 unit Independent Living Community developed through a partnership of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network and Minnesota-based Senior Housing Partners who is providing project development and marketing services.
Presbyterian SeniorCare Network (PSCN) is a not-for-profit, faith-based organization serving more than 6,500 older adults in Western Pennsylvania.
Encore on the Lake is situated on a residential peninsula with scenic views of Canonsburg Lake, located in close proximity to PSCN’s existing campus in Washington County. The 4-story building features a variety of apartment layouts and sizes and each includes a private balcony.
This community is developed to be the organization’s first of several “middle-market” communities targeted to serve residents of more modest economic means.
