To consolidate and improve their care environments, Unifeye Vision Partners leased the first and third floors of a multi-tenant office building in the western Twin Cities. The TI project was broken into phases that create environments for three vision healthcare environments, these include:
- Unifeye Vision Partners Ambulatory Surgery Center: 9,500 sq. ft. ASC on the 3rd level with 3 ORs, Pre/Post, a spacious waiting room, and staff support areas.
- Minnesota Eye Consultants Clinic: 11,600 sq. ft. Clinic on the 3rd level with 25 exam rooms, testing and laser rooms, large waiting area, and staff support areas.
- Northwest Eye Pediatrics: 8,100 sq. ft. Pediatric Clinic on the 1st level with 12 exam rooms, large waiting area with kids play zone, and staff support areas.
