To improve the quality of care for residents and expand housing options in the northwest suburbs of the Twin Cities, Saint Therese embarked on plans to develop a new campus in Corcoran, along with repositioning their New Hope community.

Following a master planning process and after receiving moratorium exception approval from the State of Minnesota, Saint Therese collaborated with the City of Corcoran to purchase 13 acres adjacent to the City Hall for a new senior living campus.

Saint Therese of Corcoran allows local residents to age in place and near their families with a full continuum of care. The project enhances the City’s new “urbanist village” by providing opportunities for intergenerational interaction and meaningful connections with the community-at-large, with an outdoor plaza, amphitheater, walking paths, ice cream shop, educational programming, fitness center, and other activities.
