Pope was engaged by Rust-Oleum Corporation to design its new office, manufacturing and warehouse location within a new speculative industrial building in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
With the location, Rust-Oleum consolidated operations with Citadel Floor Finishing Systems into one flexible, productive space combining their residential and industrial floor coating divisions. The building includes administrative, sales and product development offices, labs, customer-training and amenity spaces, along with batching, mixing, packaging, and warehousing operations.
