When the company’s lease was expiring, Pope Design Group took the opportunity to undergo a brand refresh and relocate to better support growth and working styles. A 16,760 sq. ft. suite in the historic Case Building in the Midway area of St. Paul was selected as the company’s new headquarters.

The overarching goal behind the new office environment was to improve cross-team connectivity, maximize collaborative and focused work options, and develop flexible workstations to support staffing growth and hybrid work models.

The new space features a cohesive, open office with large and small conference rooms, phone rooms, break-out areas, and a large kitchen and café. The neutral color palette is paired with salt and pepper grind concrete floors, white oak rift-cut wall coverings, exposed ceilings and skylights. Artwork, furniture and fun brand elements support Pope’s people-centric culture.
