In early 2014, Pope Design Group teamed with United Properties to develop Northcross Business Park at the southeast quadrant of Highways 169 and 610 in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
A master plan helped create a seamless development of three build-to-suit industrial/office buildings, with future expansion capabilities. Following completion of the master planning effort, Pope Design Group provided architecture and interior design services for each of the site’s new tenants.
