Heritage at Irene Woods is part of a new mixed-use, multi-generational housing community on 50 acres in Memphis, Tennessee.
Edward Rose & Sons selected Pope Design Group to design, and Ecumen to develop and manage the senior housing component of the campus. Heritage includes 140 units of senior housing enhanced with a fitness center, movie theater, club lounge and many outdoor amenities, such as walking paths, bocce ball court and outdoor gardens.
