Established in 1947, Glenn Metalcraft Inc. has been at the forefront of precision metal spinning and advanced manufacturing. After outgrowing their previous location and with a new generation of leadership looking to the future, the company decided to build a larger, state-of-the-art facility in Princeton, MN.
The new facility aligns with the Glenn Metalcraft’s mission to exceed customer expectations through continuous innovation and the deployment of advanced technology, including one of the largest metal spinning machines paired with the largest robotic system.
Company culture and fostering connections among employees were important to Glenn Metalcraft and there are many features throughout the facility that encourage this cross pollination of ideas and relationships. An open office area is flanked by private offices with glass panels and a wall of windows inviting daylight into the space, and a glass wall provides views into the production floor.
