Developed by Wall Companies and Lupe Development Partners, The Flats is 100% affordable with all units at 60% area median income or less, helping to reduce poverty and create financial stability for individuals and families in Minnesota. It includes 16 units of supportive housing that target people at immediate risk of homelessness.
The design creates a modern and vibrant home for residents with elevated amenities for an affordable community. Spaces include a sky lounge community room with floor to ceiling windows, seating and kitchenette for resident use.
