Pope Design Group teamed with Cullen LLC to expand the student housing community Grand & Finn Apartments completed in 2013 with a complimentary adjacent apartment building in a neighborhood by University of St. Thomas.
Finn Alley is a four-story, 14 unit apartment complex designed to fit a tight residential site. To meet the City’s parking requirements, the design solution created a standalone parking structure with a car elevator to maximize parking on site.
