Fieldhouse 34 is a one-of-a-kind historic mixed use redevelopment. It is the former home of the 34th Red Bull Infantry Division of Minnesota, and an iconic part of downtown Stillwater, MN.

The design embraces the armory’s unique charm and preserves its historic integrity to create seven apartments on two levels with upscale finishes and amenities like a fitness center, lounge, and indoor parking. The building also utilizes the former fieldhouse with 20-foot ceilings and original maple flooring as 4,600 sq. ft. of leasable space for potential retail or office tenants.

The armory was built in 1922 for the Stillwater National Guard during World Ward I for military training and support, and through the years has also hosted countless public events. After the National Guard relocated to a new facility, the historic armory was purchased by CVII Holdings who initiated a strategic renovation to repurpose the structure into a boutique mixed use development.
