Eaton Energy Automation Solutions Division recently reinvigorated its company brand and needed to consolidate multiple workplaces to provide a more efficient and collaborative work environment.
Pope Design Group teamed with Eaton and CBRE to program, fit plan and evaluate multiple sites before selecting an existing office building. The design team worked through the planning process with employees and leadership to identify space, furniture and technology needs to create the most productive setting.
The design creates an energetic office and engineering environment that overlooks wooded trails, and a 5-story atrium space. The open office workstations are pulled to the perimeter to give all employees access to daylight, with break-out meeting space, conference rooms, and R&D labs at the core.
