Creative Homes is a local home builder focused on delivering a personalized experience to its customers. Experiencing increasing growth and a need to modernize its workplace, Creative Homes expanded into an adjacent suite in its existing building and teamed with Pope to design a refresh to its offices and customer environment.
The design reinforces Creative Homes’ culture, company identity and brand with details that strengthen the customer experience and work hard, play hard mentality. Highlights include:
- A new reception area with views and entrances into the office area and customer “The Studio” Design Center
- Design Center (finished by Creative Homes) to host design and finish selection meetings with customers
- Variety of conference and collaboration zones with flexible furniture to support varying levels of privacy and interaction
- Training room and break room connected with an operable wall supporting use as a training environment, large company meetings/events, and easy access to an outdoor patio
