Cerenity Senior Care Marian of St. Paul embarked on a phased renovation of its skilled nursing and assisted living campus.
Pope Design Group partnered with Benedictine Health System, Cerenity Senior Care and Yanik Companies to modernize the interior and provide more space and privacy for residents.
The renovation increases the amount of private skilled nursing rooms and add private bathrooms, and minimize the amount of assisted living units. The design will also integrate an expanded therapy area and develop a household design for the existing wings.
