Allina Health Eden Prairie Clinic Expansion

Allina Health engaged Pope Design Group to design and coordinate the expansion of the Eden Prairie Flagship Corporate Center.

The confidential project totals 36,000 SF and features an expansion of the Minneapolis Heart Institute (MHI) CV Rehabilitation into the existing MHI/ANGMA Clinic space on the 3rd floor, and new Primary Care, Orthopedics and Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute (CKRI) clinics on the 4th Floor.

The project involved an MRI Suite expansion, which involved strategically removing fascia and windows to lift the MRI equipment by crane into the building for installation.
