Growing up with both of her parents working for a major general contractor, Erica Larson has spent most of her life around construction and design, and her passion for it continues to grow. She values her work because she understands how significantly a person can be affected by their physical surroundings, and she takes great joy in positively impacting people’s lives through her work. Her primary focus is on strategic programming and planning where she excels at performing critical evaluations of client spaces, operations and goals to ensure these environments reflect brand and culture, increase operational efficiencies, and attract and retain top talent.

Erica is also passionate about sustainable environments and educating others about their possibilities and importance.

In her free time, Erica enjoys community volunteering, traveling and exploring new places, taking naps, and spoiling her German Shepherd, Henry, and the world’s best cat, Frederick.

Erica is an Architect (WI), Certified Interior Designer (MN), Certified Healthcare Interior Designer through the AAHID, Evidence-Based Design Accredited and Certified through the Center of Health Design, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
