Vista Prairie at Eagle Point Senior Living Community

Earlier this week, Finance & Commerce featured an update on the new Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe Senior Living Community in St. Francis, Minnesota.

Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe will feature 134 apartments, including Independent Living,  Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Care Suites. Amenities will include a gazebo, beauty salon, bistro, club lounge, theatre, restaurant-style dining and wellness center.

Finance & Commerce shared an update on the project’s success in a difficult funding market. Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe’s financing sources include tax-exempt loans and a $7.1 million loan from PACE Loan Group, which finances renewable and energy conservation features related to the building envelope, windows, lighting systems and controls.

Stay tuned for more updates! The community should open for residents in late 2025.
