This phase will encompass a new health center that will feature 79 private rooms and private bathrooms, an area for memory care, dementia, transitional care patients as well as a therapy and state of the art rehabilitation gym. This project looks to be completed by Summer of 2015.

The current campus located in Des Moines, Iowa, includes a 79-bed skilled nursing facility and a 77-bed custodial care, 75 cottages for independent seniors, and a 30-unit three-level independent living apartment building built over underground parking.

Plans for a third phase to expand Valley View Village’s memory care and catered apartments in the current assisted living building will begin following completion of the new health center.
