The start of something great: Wesley Acres & Wings Baxter

Here we go! This week we had the pleasure of celebrating the start of construction on two projects that our designers, project managers and technicians have been working on over the past year.

Wesley Acres Redevelopment, Des Moines, Iowa

Pope’s housing team joined WesleyLife to commemorate the start of construction on a transformational repositioning of Wesley Acres Senior Community located in the heart of Iowa’s vibrant capital city. The strategic improvements will enhance amenities for residents and strengthen opportunities for residents to connect with the broader community.

Wings Financial Credit Union, Baxter, Minnesota

Meanwhile, Pope’s commercial team celebrated the start of construction of a new Wings Financial Credit Union in the central Minnesota community of Baxter. The location is a prime spot along Highway 371 adjacent to an existing Costco development, and will feature elements developed in Wings’ recently completed branches.
