Team Fun: Lunch & Tour at Malcolm Yards in Minneapolis

Pope’s Commercial Team took a visit to the Malcolm Yards development in the historic Minneapolis neighborhood of Prospect Park.

After a fun lunch at The Market at Malcolm Yards, Project Manager, Joseph Kimbrell gave a tour of the new affordable housing development next door that is under construction.

The Flats at Malcolm Yards is a 143-unit affordable housing project designed with the greater community in mind. The building is expected to welcome residents in 2023.
