St. Paul’s Lexington Landing community is growing!
Saturday, December 18th, 2021
J.A. Wedum Foundation and EDI, kicked off construction with a groundbreaking ceremony for Lexington Landing Phase 2.
Lexington Landing is a vibrant new senior living community that redevelops St. Paul’s former “triangle site” on West 7th. Working collaboratively with the City of St. Paul and Ramsey County to implement their long-range plans of re-routing Lexington Parkway, the team split the 5.5 acre parcel in two phases.
Phase 1 opened in December 2020 and is a new five-story 154-unit senior living community blending independent living, assisted living and memory care services. Phase 2, now under construction, will feature 92 units of independent living.
Together the buildings will share vibrant amenities, including restaurant-style dining, community room, bistro, pickleball court, and rooftop patio. Combined they become a gateway to the Highland neighborhood and establish an active senior lifestyle community that fits the urban streetscape.
