Saint Therese: State approval for New Hope & Corcoran
Monday, October 25th, 2021
After successfully submitting exception applications for the State of Minnesota’s nursing home moratorium, Saint Therese is proceeding with two major projects to improve and expand senior living communities in the region.
The State’s approvals clear the way for the nonprofit provider of senior living housing and services, to renovate its New Hope senior living campus, as well as to build a new senior living community in the city of Corcoran.
Saint Therese shared the news with a press release that is summarized below and featured here.
“We are incredibly pleased and honored that the state approved our exceptions,” said Barb Rode, president and CEO of Saint Therese. “I trust that our reputation for providing exceptional care for seniors for nearly 60 years was a factor in its decision to give us a green light. We are so grateful and will be moving swiftly to make our dream a reality.”
Pope Architects has assisted Saint Therese through master planning, conceptual design and the moratorium process, and will be the architect of record for both the New Hope and Corcoran communities. Stay tuned for more project updates!
