Saint Therese of Corcoran Plans Expansion

Congratulations to Saint Therese on their approved expansion plan of the Saint Therese Corcoran community.

Saint Therese of Corcoran announced the expansion plan of their senior community on February 27, 2026, following approval by the Corcoran City Council. Saint Therese’s new Corcoran campus was completed in late 2024.

The expansion will add 31 new independent living apartments to the west side of Saint Therese’s campus, which currently has independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments. It will connect to the current building through an amenity-rich enclosed walkway designed to bring residents and families together. The walkway connection will feature a family room, kitchen, community room, kid’s corner, outdoor game space, and conservatory.

Groundbreaking is expected to begin this summer with construction slated for completion in the summer or fall of 2027.

Pope Design Group will serve as architect and interior designer, and CBS Construction Services will be the general contractor.
