Randolph Square will welcome its new tenant this summer

Construction is well underway on the new Randolph Square office building in the River Bend Business Park in St. Paul.

The new two-story, 83,800 sq. ft. office building is specially designed to provide productive workspace enhanced with high-level security. Situated along the picturesque Mississippi River, the building captures views of the surroundings and maximizes daylight for tenants.

Pope Architects worked closely with developer and owner, Wellington Management, to plan and design the building to meet the unique needs of the tenant, the Minnesota Health Professionals Regulatory Boards. The complex and varied program requirements resulted in multiple agency office suites and shared common space amenities.

R.J. Ryan Construction is building Randolph Square, which is anticipated to be complete by late summer 2021.
