PrairieCare Opening Woodbury Clinic

Thursday, December 13th, 2012

PrairieCare is moving to its new Woodbury Clinic next week.

PrairieCare reports that the new location facilitates a 35% increase in patient care.  Pope Architects designed the new space, which includes larger group rooms, improved waiting and lounge areas, and more offices for therapy.

The clinic is hosting an open house ceremony on January 10, 2013.

The clinics are designed to be welcoming, warm and modern.  Todd Archbold, Chief Development Officer told the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal last fall that their clinics help prove there is demand for new mental health treatment facilities.

The Business Journal reported that PrairieCare opened three children’s mental health clinics in the Twin Cities in the past five years.  These include outpatient clinics at Woodbury, Edina and an inpatient hospital in Maple Grove.

The Business Journal reported on PrairieCare’s Woodbury expansion.
