Plante Moran publishes white paper on the challenges of facing the growing need for middle-market senior living solutions.

The paper addresses the issue of adapting to a middle market of families and individuals who seek affordable, quality care and living within this transitional period of their lives, yet do not meet criteria to utilize housing presently available to low-and-high income seniors. The “middle market” within this white paper is defined as households between $25,000 and $50,000 in annual income.

Ward Isaacson provides insight on the delicate challenge of balancing development costs while maintaining affordability in senior living housing and services to middle-market residents.
