Pioneer Endicott Apartments Tour: Glimpse at the transformation

Take a peek at the exciting transformation taking place at the historic Pioneer-Endicott Buildings in downtown St. Paul.

The Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal takes a tour of the Pioneer-Endicott Apartments project.  

The Journal reports “St. Paul developer Pak Properties is renovating downtown St. Paul’s historic Pioneer and Endicott buildings into a 234-unit apartment building with commercial space.”

The first apartments will be ready for lease this spring and the entire project aims to be completed later in 2013.  Pioneer Endicott Apartments’ Facebook page touts some of the buildings’ unique characteristics.

Pope Architects was selected as architect and interior designer and Crowe Management Construction as the builder.
