Presbyterian Homes & Services’ new 160-unit senior housing complex called Woodland Hill is underway. The project is located in Hudson, WI adjacent to Woodwinds Hospital. Rob Howard, a local resident and senior design architect at Pope Architects, helped give an overview of the new senior community.

A tour and overview of Woodland Hill was recently featured in the Hudson Star-Observer. You can read the story here: http://www.hudsonstarobserver.com/news/business/3866594-one-big-project-construction-progresses-woodland-hill-complex

“I’m so honored to be involved in a project like this in Hudson,” Rob Howard told the Hudson Star-Observer. “I don’t often have a chance to work in town, so it’s pretty cool.”

Rob is a graduate from the University of Notre Dame’s School of Architecture and joined Pope Architects in 1994. His 35-year career has focused on a variety of project types, and he has played an integral role at Pope Architects designing senior housing communities for major providers in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

The new Woodland Hill community will open in the Spring of 2016.
