New Medical Office Building Proposed in North Minneapolis, MN

Wellington Management partnered with Pope Architects to plan and design a proposed new two-story Medical Office Building and adjacent parking ramp in Minneapolis’ north side.

The team has presented its plans to the City of Minneapolis this week, and Finance & Commerce offers an in-depth look at the proposed development and what it means to the North Minneapolis community.

The $10 million medical office building development would be situated on the city-owned lot on the corner of West Broadway and Penn Avenue with easy transit access for patrons.

The project is part of a larger plan to expand the area’s entertainment and retail infrastructure in hopes of continuing to revitalize the neighborhood and filling the need for medical services for the local community.
