Nelson partnered with Pope Architects on La Vista, NE senior living community

The new $25 million La Vista, Nebraska senior living community will start construction this fall. The campus will be just one of a few providing continuum of care services and housing to seniors in the area.

Pope Architects is working with Des Moines-based Nelson Construction & Development on the 115,000 sq. ft. La Vista community, as well as a project in Lincoln, NE. Pope is the architect and interior designer for both communities.

The new community will feature 109 units, including independent living, assisted living and memory care, as well as a vibrant town center space for community gatherings.

Construction should be completed by Fall 2017.
