National Church Residences and Senior Housing Partners partner on Inniswood Village in Westerville, Ohio

National Church Residences, a not-for-profit senior housing provider, partnered with Minnesota-based Senior Housing Partners on its new Inniswood Village community. The team celebrated with a groundbreaking on Monday, May 9.

Pope Architects is the architect and Ruscilli Construction is the builder for the new $35 million senior living community in Westerville, Ohio.

The project was featured on National Church Residences’ website and in Senior Housing News. The 13-acre construction site is nestled in a setting adjacent to Inniswood Metro Gardens and next to the Central College Presbyterian Church property.

The 192-unit campus includes independent living terrace apartments, senior apartments, assisted living and memory care apartments. The community will feature a Town Center with a chapel, library, bistro, movie theater, club room and other activity spaces.

Inniswood Village community will welcome residents in the Fall of 2017.
