Meredith Pool Celebrated as F&C Unsung Hero Award Finalist

Wednesday, March 12th, 2025

Last week, Finance & Commerce held the Women in Construction Awards, and Meredith Pool was a finalist in the Unsung Hero category.

As a Senior Job Captain on our Senior Living team, Meredith has spent the majority of her 17-year career immersed in the design and development communities for aging adults. Her commitment to improving the quality of life for our most vulnerable populations is supported by her technical expertise, attention to detail, and thoughtful design that ultimately enhances the lives of those that reside, visit, or work in the senior environments she works on.

Her passion is infectious, and her eagerness to share her knowledge of design, building codes and the construction process makes her an invaluable mentor to her fortunate colleagues.

This is the third year of Finance & Commerce’s Top Women in Construction event. It features women from across the state who have carved out a spot for themselves not only at their companies, but also in their communities. The award winners were announced at the conclusion of Women in Construction week at a March 8 gala at Quincy Hall, 1325 Quincy St. NE in Minneapolis.
