Marmon Link Groundbreaking at 610 Junction

Last week, Pope Architects joined Marmon Link’s development and construction teams for a groundbreaking ceremony at their new site.

Marmon Link offers inventory and support for life cycle of Marmon Foodservice and Beverage-brand equipment. To better serve its customers, Marmon Link is relocating to a new development called 610 Junction, at the junction of Highway 169 and 610 in Brooklyn Park. United Properties is the developer for the site. Carlson Partners is the broker for Marmon Link.

Marmon Link’s new home is a 95,564 sq. ft. office-warehouse being currently constructed by R.J. Ryan Construction.  Pope Architects is working with Marmon Link on the design of the interior of the new location, which will be constructed by The Bainey Group.
