Johanna Shores Construction Update

Construction of Presbyterian Homes’ Johanna Shores project is on track for final completion in 2013.

The new independent living and assisted living facility is transforming Presbyterian Homes’ first location, McKnight Care Center.  Yes, it all started here!

The site takes full advantage of the Lake Johanna views, curving along the existing bowl-shaped terrain.

Phase 1 of the project will be completed in October.  Residents will re-locate from the existing assisted living to the new building.  Completion of Phase 2 is slated for 2013.
