Wednesday, July 11th, 2012
Pope Architects attended the groundbreaking of the new Memphis, TN project.
Ward Issaacson of Pope Architects, Edward Rose & Sons, and Ecumen representatives were all present for the groundbreaking of the Heritage project.
In 2009, Edward Rose & Sons (ERS) purchased 50 acres to develop into a mixed-use, multi-generational housing community. Today the campus celebrated a milestone in this development by hosting a ground breaking ceremony.
ERS teamed up with Ecumen and Pope Architects to develop the senior housing component of the campus. When complete, the estimated $36 million community will consist of 430+ multifamily rental apartments, in addition to the 140 senior units.
