Pope Architects is pleased to share C.H. Robinson’s exciting new office building through IIDA Northland’s Corporate Office Forum Event on May 5, 2014.

C.H. Robinson is one of the world’s largest third party logistic providers and their corporate campus is located in Eden Prairie, MN. Pope Architects worked with C.H. Robinson and United Properties to design the new Eden Bluff III office building, which is unlike any of the other buildings on the campus.

The new 81,000 sq. ft. facility was designed to maximize flexibility, highlight technology and attract and retain new generations of employees. Application of vibrant colors to create functional team zones, and the creation of informal breakout spaces provides an exciting workplace. The facility includes 20 enclosed conference rooms, 22 enclaves, a large training room and a 25-person theater room.

The design team focused on supporting the C.H. Robinson Worldwide brand and the individual brand of the company’s Information Technology Department.
