Gable Pines awarded subsidy from City of Vadnais Heights

The City of Vadnais Heights awarded a subsidy of $350,000 to Gable Pines developer D6 Companies.

The subsidy will help cover the costs of a land swap with neighboring Reell Precision Manufacturing. Gable Pines will take over an existing parking lot and Reell Precision will acquire a portion on the other end of the property. The swap will allow the facility to be shifted east away from a residential neighborhood.

According to the White Bear Press, Gable Pines will generate up to $283,000 in annual tax revenues.

The 5-acre site is already being prepared and construction is anticipated to start this summer. The project will take 12 months.
